I believe this is a Renault Caravelle. Looks to be a convertible with a removable hardtop. Rear engined, build on the Renault Dauphine platform. 1968 was the last year they were built, with only 1,438 produced in 1968. See it here on...

I suspect that this is not a 1940. It looks to be a 1950 +4 Morgan, four seater flat rad. The upright grill (the flat rad) was changed for the more familiar and more modern Morgan grill in 1954. Scruffy, rough, I wonder what barn it was pulled out of. See it here on...
