This 2018 AMG GTR is the highest performance road going variant of the AMG GT lineup. With a 577 horsepower and 513 lb/ft of torque V8, it is a true muscle car with the exhaust note to match. The chassis has also been tweaked with manually adjustable coilover springs, and a trick 9-way traction control system (all accessed through a nifty orange knob in the center console). According to Motor Trend, “It’s like a Shelby Cobra, digitally remastered for the 21st century…learn to exploit the fabulous grip, the brilliant stability under brakes, and work the power delivery out the corners, and it’s an exhilarating drive.”

This particular car has just 2100 miles on the odometer. We pulled the Carfax to see what we could glean, and apparently the unlucky second owner ran off the road. The Carfax shows the car as having hit a ditch, as well as running into a curb. It was declared a total loss, and carries a salvage title as a result. Having said that, the car is currently bid to $48,750. What would you do with this injured beast?
